Cancellation Policy
At Aquadoll Waxing, your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and allow adequate time for scheduling, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service total to the card on file. This policy helps cover the time reserved that may not be able to be filled on short notice.
Please understand that last-minute cancellations directly impact our ability to accommodate other clients and maintain smooth scheduling. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
